By accessing or using our Site, making a reservation, submitting an inquiry, opting into SMS communications, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. General Terms

Eligibility: You must be at least 21 years of age to use our Site and services in compliance with New Jersey alcohol service laws.

Acceptance: Your continued use constitutes acceptance. We may update these Terms; changes are effective immediately upon posting.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by New Jersey law. Disputes shall be resolved in Passaic County, New Jersey.

2. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Jefe Group LLC dba Galleria regarding reservations, events, and promotions. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies; up to 5 promotional messages per month. Standard rates may apply.

3. Reservations and Table Bookings

Dinner reservations via OpenTable. Lounge bookings require team confirmation. Private events subject to separate agreement. 24-hour cancellation notice requested. Elevated dress code enforced.

All content is the property of Jefe Group LLC dba Galleria or its licensors, protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jefe Group LLC dba Galleria is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability limited to amount paid for the specific service.

Services provided “as is.” Menu, pricing, and hours subject to change. Alcohol service complies with NJ ABC regulations.

7. Privacy & SMS Compliance

Our Privacy Policy explains our data practices. Our SMS program complies with CTIA Messaging Principles and FCC regulations, registered with TCR for A2P 10DLC compliance.
